My Starter Kit
I enrolled about two years ago, after losing 10lbs I stopped my workout.
Now, I'm back and determined to lose weight.. my goal is to lose 15lbs and stay fit. I signed up for passport this time so I can workout in any FF's branches.
I started last Sunday, I prefer not to disclose how much I weigh hehe! but I'm excited to know how much I lost. My trainer and I will find out on Sunday. Pretty much intense workout, my entire body hurts like hell the first 3days but now I'm starting to feel good.
